Becuz 8&1/2 yrs drained me again, not get God's messages complete,3rd×CFS, 3rd foot injury very bad.

The malfunctions is One harassing family came 2004 & Falsely & Bully claimed easement road as theirs. Moved 1980 Survey hub, cleared trees, put well wrong parcel (becuz moved hub), laid concrete as pump house, filed paper to County to show House uphill across creek. Dead end road-5 Acre parcels, no others live close.
ReplyDeleteAfter horrific treatment of bully neighbors, I moved to deadend road May 2009, was poor, cheap to live. (I have a long story of threats, car vandalism/lost newly bought 1996 Windstar/strong engine.) tho....
***Man threatened long time one resident "get your things off the road, I'm going to park my trucks there. I will burn you down."
A brother went to county when a shack was being built by well. Had told neighbor, "it is illegal to build on your 30' easement."
****COUNTY placed STOP WORK ORDER; bully man tore it up. Later found out--bullies have friends **WORKED in County.** Fraud of tearing up work order so Commissioners Did not Have Permit Process to Evaluate.
The man and wife told court 3 false claims against longtime resident man, got 500' restraining order June 3, 2008.
Bully man ran out viscously, "get out now", no time to gather things.
Brother drove 1 & 1/2 hrs to pick up restrained brother.
Both brothers came back to Report to County June 13, 2008.
County person said "there was a fire down there last night."
Have photos of stop work, before belongings, car, van, woodshed, tents, landscaping fence, then everything burned photos. Close tall trees ? did not catch fire?, as intense uncontrolled fire burned All night. County & police had neighbors' away testimony of suspicious activity with a certain 'friend involvement' June 12, 2008. No arrests or prosecution.
*** So... as I have read Specific laws this past year, There is no limit of time to litigate Public agencies that do Unlawful activities against oath and codes, conduct!!!
